Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + bonus

About the Opportunity

Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client in the search for a talented Home Manager to lead their well performing luxury residential care home in the Yeovil area. This modern, purpose-built facility offers specialist residential and dementia care for up to 70 residents, setting a new benchmark for outstanding elderly care in the region.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven leader with a strong background in residential care home management. The ideal candidate will be confident in overseeing all aspects of running a successful care home, with a clear vision for delivering outstanding, person-centred care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience in managing well performing are homes
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and local authority processes
• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders and the local community

Key Requirements

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality elderly and dementia care
• Extensive experience managing residential care services
• Solid understanding of safeguarding and compliance
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
