Job Title: Registered Manager – Supported Living
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Overview:
Compass Associates partners with a leading provider of supported living services in the search for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a team across the Greater Manchester area. The Candidate:
The Registered Manager takes full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. This covers quality standards, staff development, financial performance and CQC compliance. The role suits a manager who wants to grow people, both the team and the individuals supported, while keeping the service on budget and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management
- Lead the service day to day. Manage a team of support workers and build a positive, collaborative culture.
- Quality Care
- Support each person to build independence and reach personal goals. Drive continuous improvement across the service.
- Financial Performance
- Manage the budget. Balance cost control with high quality support delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Meet CQC standards and all relevant legal and statutory obligations. Report management information accurately.
- Staff Development
- Give the team the tools, training and opportunities needed to grow in their roles and careers.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong experience supporting people with learning disabilities and complex behaviours
- Background as a Service Manager or Registered Manager within supported living
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and participate in an on-call rota
- A person-centred approach to care, focused on equal opportunity for every individual supported
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum
