Compass Associates is delighted to be working with a highly regarded not-for-profit healthcare provider to appoint Registered Nurses into one of their specialist care and rehabilitation services in Suffolk.

About the Provider

Our client is a leading UK charity with over 20 years’ experience delivering residential care, rehabilitation, and community-based services for people with acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, and complex disabilities. They are recognised nationally for their innovative, person-centred approach, and for the dedication of their multi-disciplinary teams who deliver life-changing outcomes.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver and evaluate individualised, high-quality care.
• Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists.
• Support residents to achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues and students.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for Nurses who:

Hold current NMC registration.

• Have clinical experience (neurology/rehabilitation desirable).
• Show a passion for specialist care and continuous professional growth.
• Can demonstrate leadership and mentoring ability.
