Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medium Sized Care Home.

Part Time OR Full Time

Location: Miskin.

Salary: Up to £40,488.24 depending on experience.

NMC Registration and pin, with experience working as a nurse is essential for this position.

Compass Associates are partnering with a UK leading care home operator, in the search for a Registered Nurse to join their existing team, based within a medium sized care home, in Miskin!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
• Build on your existing skills and practise in a nurse-led environment.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, including supporting students.
• Deliver person-centred care and advocate for residents.
• Recognise and report safeguarding concerns.

About You:

• NMC Pin ESSENTIAL - You’ll be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN number, fully committed to the standards set by the regulatory body.
• You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues and students is essential.
• You must be able to recognise and take action on safeguarding concerns.
