Registered Nurse – Oncology

Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading independent healthcare provider to recruit a Registered Nurse for their established Oncology team in Bath.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse with oncology or haematology experience to join a highly regarded private hospital offering outstanding training, career progression, and a genuine focus on patient-centred care.
The Role
You'll provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering direct patient care in line with individual care plans
Assessing patient needs and updating care plans accordingly
Administering systemic anti-cancer treatments (SACT) safely
Monitoring patient condition and escalating concerns appropriately
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Supporting clinical governance and patient safety initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Valid NMC Adult Nurse registration
SACT qualification (essential)
Experience in Oncology and/or Haematology
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Up to £44,100 depending on experience
