Are you a Veterinary Nurse looking for something fresh?
Want to work with an experienced team, and catalyse your development?
Compass Associates are supporting a fantastic general practice in Middlesbrough as they look to grow and add a new Registered Veterinary Nurse to the team.
The Package:
We are looking to offer circa £30,000 for the new RVN, alongside this you would get:
- Emphasis on wellbeing in the team with plenty of social events
- Paid memberships
- Pensions scheme
- Generous CPD with certificates funded
- Discounts on you own veterinary care

The Job:
As a RVN with our practice, no two days ever feel the same. We offer a range of services that you would support with and get stuck in. these include but are certainly not limited to: nurse consults, dentistry, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgeries, extensive diagnostics, rabbit welfare and exotics and hospitalisation. You’d join a team of 6 RVNs who are well supported by a large team of Vet Surgeons, Care Assistants and non-clinical support staff. The practice is also both a Rabbit and Cat Friendly practice.
This is a growth role so open to both full and part time candidates with shorter Saturdays ideally in the rota too. You will get involved in developing junior nurses and students if confident, and be responsible for overseeing a large, multidisciplinary team as a key member. Prep, schedule 3, recovery and consulting are all in the day to day.
What makes our job unique, is the amazing team and culture you would join. No member of staff is more important than another, and they all play a key part in maintaining our practice as a market leader.
We do have parking available and easily commutable from across Liverpool and surrounding areas.
