Compass Associates are working with a small but growing provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a number of Supported Living services across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and North London.
This is an exciting time for the organisation as they are strengthening their leadership team to support with planned growth. The current infrastructure does not have an existing finance team and therefore this role will the the senior finance figure within the business. We're seeking experienced and qualified Finance Managers with experience within social care who would like to be part of a growth journey and the opportunity to make the role your own.
Person Specification:
Applicants will ideally be a qualified CIMA Accountant and have 2-3 years post qualifying experience.
Experience within healthcare is essentially, with experience specially within supported living / social care preferred.

Salary up to £60,000
Location:
This role will be primarily office based in Letchworth, with some remote working.
