Compass Associates are currently assisting in the search for a Senior Physiotherapist to work in the Outpatient Physiotherapy department of a well-established private hospital in Croydon. Rated as "Good" by the CQC, this Private Hospital is part of a group that has previously won “Private Hospital Group of the Year” in LaingBuisson Awards. 

The hospital has 42 beds and provides a range of services for patients who require surgery or treatment for medical related conditions. The outpatient consultation department offers 10 consultation rooms and two treatment rooms.

The Candidate                                        

The ideal candidate will need to be a fully qualified Physiotherapist with a current registration to the HCPC and CSP. They will need to be an experienced Physiotherapist with knowledge of current issues in professional practice with particular relevance to the Unit. Candidates from both NHS or Private Hospital background will all be considered.      

Working predominantly within Outpatients, as an experienced Physiotherapists you will specialise in a wide variety of treatments including MSK, Women’s Health, Acupuncture, Pilates and Sports Injuries. There will also be opportunity to work within Inpatients, offering Post-Operative Rehabilitation services, with a fully equipped gym available to aid your treatment programmes.

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with some flexibility to accommodate your needs.

Requirements                                      

- Degree level educated, or equivalent.

- Experience of treating patients with MSK conditions 

- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

- Excellent communication skills 

- Professional attitude

- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools

- Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management
