Compass Associates are excited to be working with a small nursery provider who are looking for an experienced nursery manager to lead their large service in Fareham. We are looking for candidates who have experience working within a Nursery Manager capacity working in a large nursery setting.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements
- Management experience within nurseries
- Budget management
- Large nursery setting experience
- Outstanding/ Good Ofsted, governance and compliance
- Driving license (Desirable)
Location
The role is based in Fareham and is commutable from Gosport, Portsmouth, Hedge End, Havant and surrounding areas.
