Overview:

Compass Associates are excited to be partnering with a leading UK provider of therapeutic residential care for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Together, we are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join their established team within their Children’s Residential Home. With a strong family-style ethos, the provider are focused on creating safe, stable and nurturing homes where children can heal, grow and thrive.

Work Pattern:

Monday – Friday, 40hrs per week.

Location:

This Children’s Residential Home is located near Great Malvern and is commutable from Worcester, Hereford, Leominster and other surrounding towns.

Criteria:

• 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.
• 2 years of experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.
• Valid manual driving license.

Salary and Benefits:

This Senior Residential Support Worker role is paying up to £32,760 and includes an impressive benefit package:

• Generous annual leave of 224 hours, increasing to 248 hours after 4 years’ service.
