Overview:
Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a leading national social care provider in their search for a new Service Development Manager, to support strategic growth across the Adult Social Care portfolio in the South East of England.
This is a high-profile, strategic role focused on service development and stakeholder engagement across the adult social care sector. You will play a key part in shaping new services, enhancing occupancy, and driving sustainable relationships with Local Authorities, NHS partners, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
The Role:
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced business development or commissioning professional with a strong track record of engaging with public sector stakeholders and developing community-based social care services.
Key responsibilities include:
You’ll work within a well-established national service development team, reporting into a Team Lead (previously placed by Compass Associates), and collaborating with fellow SDMs covering other UK regions.
About You:
We are seeking a collaborative and commercially astute professional with:
Backgrounds in supported living, residential care, complex needs, or learning disabilities will be particularly well regarded.
