Are you a qualified Sonographer with a passion for delivering outstanding women's healthcare services?

We are seeking an experienced Obstetric Sonographer to join a well-established and highly regarded diagnostic imaging team based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a patient-focused environment, providing high-quality obstetric ultrasound services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will be representing our client within one of their many external sites based within the Stockport region therefore you will be expected to deliver outstanding results coupled with an amazing patient journey. 

The Role

As an Obstetric Sonographer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing a range of obstetric ultrasound examinations, including dating, nuchal translucency, anomaly and growth scans
• Providing clear and compassionate communication to expectant parents
• Producing accurate reports and maintaining high clinical standards
• Working closely with Consultants, the wider team and other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring compliance with professional guidelines and best practice standards

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

• Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent
• Current UK registration with HCPC, professional body
• Experience undertaking obstetric ultrasound examinations independently
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality diagnostic services
