Compass Associates are excited to be working with one of the largest private healthcare providers within the UK in the search for an experienced oncology pharmacist to be a part of their welcoming pharmacy team. This private hospital based in Cambridge is rated “outstanding” by the CQC and offers a range of specialities which include oncology, cardiology, cosmetic surgery, ENT and men’s & women’s health clinics.
My client is seeking a registered pharmacist with post-qualification experience within oncology and a proactive approach to their work. Experience in screening oncology drugs is essential for this position in order to ensure that the service can provide the excellent standards of care held by the hospital.
Due to the nature of the position, suitable candidates will need flexibility to work between Monday – Friday however you will only be working four out of the five days. In addition to this, one in four Saturdays are to be worked for this role.

What You’ll Bring
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- At least 5 years’ experience post registration working in a hospital setting.
- Experience working within oncology wards within a clinical setting.
- Experience verifying and screening SACT drugs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive approach to your work.

This Private Hospital is based in Cambridge, commutable via Milton Keynes, Ipswich, Essex and Ely.
