Compass Associates are working with an established provider of care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and other complex needs.
We’re recruiting for a Service Manager to oversee a small cluster of Supported Living Services in the Colchester and surrounding area. The position will report to an Area Manager, who holds the CQC Registration, therefore this is an ideal role for an ambitious individual who is looking to progress from a Deputy, Team Leader or Care Coordinator level role.
Person Specification:
Applicants will ideally have experience in a leadership role within either a residential or supported living service for adults with Mental Health, Complex Needs, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. Due to the remit of the role a full UK driving licence is required. Applicants should demonstrate good knowledge of CQC regulations.
