Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a specialist private hospital, located in the heart of Central London, who specialise in Orthopaedic Surgeries and Sports Injury Treatments. This hospital is fully equipped with three state-of-the-art operating theatres and dedicated inpatients wards, and have a team made up of some of the UKs leading consultants, offering a wealth of experience and expertise within their field. 

                       

They pride themselves on their exceptional level of customer service and client satisfaction, paired with offering the latest techniques and innovative treatments. At present, we are looking for a motivated Surgical Staff Nurse to join their welcoming and friendly inpatients team. This is an exciting time to join the business and have to the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals, caring for orthopaedic patients, made of up Athletes and VIPs.      

                          

The Candidate                                                                                                     

In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to be clinically qualified with a strong surgical background. Our client is able to offer excellent training opportunities, so this position is ideal for someone looking to grow professionally.      

     

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which will be worked a mixture of days, nights and weekends across 13 shifts per month. Nights, weekends and bank holidays are paid at a generous enhanced rate, and they also offer enhanced overtime, if you are looking to pick up additional shifts! 

                  

Requirements                                                                                              

- RGN Qualification                            

- NMC Registration                                                                                                 

- Previous experience within a surgical setting within the NHS or private sector              

- Strong pre and post operative assessment skills                            

- Excellent communication skills    

- Great attention to detail       

- Motivated and enthusiastic      

- Proactive approach                                  

                                              

Salary & Benefits                                                                                                                    

There is a generous salary up to £37,000 on offer dependent on experience. My client is also offering a competitive benefits package including:
