Charlie is a part of Compass Associates as a Recruitment Consultant within the Elderly Care division, specialising in Sales & Commercial recruitment across the UK Elderly Care Sector.

He partners with care providers across the care home, home care, and retirement living sectors nationwide to support the growth and performance of their commercial teams. His work focuses on appointments across sales and occupancy, marketing, business development, expansion and estates, and hospitality leadership functions, ranging from middle management through to director level.

Working with both private and not-for-profit providers, Charlie takes a consultative approach to understanding each organisation’s commercial strategy, team structure, and long-term goals. Through regular engagement with operators and by keeping close to developments across the elderly care market, he provides informed market insight and tailored recruitment solutions.
