Compass Associates are supporting a respected care provider in their search for a Home Manager for a well-established nursing home in the Renfrewshire area.

The Role
This opportunity would suit a proven Home Manager, with experience managing nursing or residential care for older people. The successful candidate will provide clear leadership, ensure high standards of clinical and personal care, and promote a positive working culture across the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily running of the home and ensure a safe, caring, and compliant environment
• Maintain strong regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement
• Support and develop a skilled staff team focused on person-centred care
• Manage resources, staffing, and budgets effectively
• Build trusted relationships with families, professionals, and local partners

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (active NMC PIN) preferred
• Minimum two years’ management experience within an elderly care setting
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of care standards, governance, and quality improvement
• Commitment to providing outstanding care and staff development
