Adam is the Director of Healthcare and Specialist Services at Compass Associates.

He holds nearing 15 years experience within the recruitment industry, of which over a decade has been solely dedicated to Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, complex care and children’s services encompassing both residential and specialist education.

Following a recent promotion, Adam has also taken responsibility of Compass’ healthcare division. Adam has a wealth of knowledge, and track record to accompany his impressive background.

Managing a team of 30 consultants, Adam has personally completed in excess of 200 appointments across 9 years at Compass, the vast majority of which have fallen across operations, quality, business development and corporate services – stats that should reassure you any appointment will be left in capable hands.
