Ashley joined Compass Associates’ Specialist Care Division in September 2023 following a career in sales and completing a bachelor’s degree in Sport’s Business Management. Ashley covers Clinical , AHP and Middle-Management vacancies across mental health, learning disabilities and neurorehabilitation services.

Ashley’s typical assignments include Ward Managers, Deputy Hospital Managers, Lead Nurses and Junior/Senior Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, SALTs and Physiotherapists, with a geographical focus in the North and Midlands.
