Chloe joined Compass Associates in mid-2021 and brings with her prior experience in both recruitment and healthcare. Following on from two years spent in our Elderly Care division, Chloe has since joined our Healthcare Division having decided to take up the opportunity to continue our investment and growth into the Consumer Health Market across the country. Chloe specialises in operational and non-clinical management assignments within the cosmetics, dentistry, veterinary, pharmaceutical, audiology, optical and physiotherapy industries.

In August 2022, Chloe successfully passed the REC with a Merit and holds Level 3 Accreditation in Recruitment Practice (MREC CertRP) and was promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant, which is a nod to her hard work and commitment to her role here at Compass Associates. Chloe has developed a wealth of knowledge within her remit and is well-equipped to assist her clients and candidates with a range of assignments.

Chloe is pro-active, detailed and consistent in her process and spends valuable time with her clients and candidates to ensure best match. Her strengths include delivering a consultative approach and her understanding of niche and hard-to-fill assignments.
