George is a Recruitment Consultant within the Elderly Care division at Compass Associates, focusing on permanent care and clinical recruitment across the North of England. He works with a wide range of providers to support hires such as Deputy Managers, Clinical Leads, Registered Nurses, Team Leaders, Care Assistants and other key roles across care home and homecare services.

Before moving into recruitment, George built a strong foundation in people-focused roles, including case management, customer service, and leadership within both corporate and hospitality settings. This experience, combined with his degree in Sport and Exercise Science, gives him a thoughtful and structured approach to understanding the needs of both clients and candidates.

George has already started to build a reliable network of care professionals in the North and continues to help providers secure the talent they need to deliver high-quality care.
