Georgia joined Compass Associates in January 2022, initially working within our Elderly Care Division. She joined our Specialist Care Division in May 2023 focusing on the recruitment of nurses and Allied Health Professionals (AHP) within mental health, complex care at home, adult social care and children’s care and specialist education settings.

Georgia oversees a scope of entry-level to mid-management clinical vacancies such as hands-on nurses, nurse managers, clinical educators, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, heads of therapy and social workers.

Her attention to detail and ability to grasp and deliver niche assignment briefs are among her strengths. Georgia takes her time in understanding both the clients’ and candidates’ needs, providing consultative advice when needed resulting in long-term relationships across the market.
