Jim joined Compass Associates in early 2019, heading up the Property & Estates Practice – having come from a healthcare recruitment background. With more than six years’ recruitment experience within the independent health and social care markets, Jim has quickly established himself as the ‘go to’ specialist recruiter within the Property & Estates sector. More recently, his remit has expanded to include all corporate functions such as Finance, HR, and Marketing, where he applies the same dedicated and consultative approach to supporting clients and candidates across these key business functions.

Jim has an established track record delivering mid-to-senior mandates ranging from Director of Asset Management, Estates Managers, and Acquisition Managers through to senior appointments within Finance, HR, and Marketing.
