Having progressed through the ranks from Consultant to Head of Development, Jon has been operationally responsible for managing teams of recruiters and generating multiple large accounts through business development activities. He is considered the most trusted, go-to recruitment partner for the behavioural health and healthcare sectors. As Director of Behavioral Health, Jon is now responsible for our US offering.

Throughout his tenure, Jon has successfully completed numerous projects across all niche sectors within Behavioral Health and Healthcare, including North American Private Equity Backed and NFP organizations, completing C-Suite and Executive Leadership mandates, ensuring exceptional client and customer service.
