Jon serves as a Divisional Manager for the Elderly Care Division at Compass Associates, having joined the company in 2018. With over six years of recruitment experience in the health and social care sector, Jon oversees our efforts in filling mid-to-senior management-level positions across the Midlands, Wales, and East Anglia.

In addition to supporting clients with key vacancies, Jon leads a team of consultants who specialise in recruiting for clinical and care roles, including Nurses, Carers, Team Leaders, Unit Managers, Clinical Leads, and Deputy Managers, throughout the UK.
