Lijani joined Compass Associates in 2022 and is part of the Mental Health and Specialist Care team focusing on Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability and Complex Care settings in the Midlands and Southern regions.

He focuses on entry level to mid management positions, with typical assignments are Mental Health Nurses, Complex Care Leads, Ward Management roles within Privately Owned, Private Equity backed and Charitable organisations. Lijani also specialises in niche markets such as Eating Disorders, CAMHS and Addiction services.

Lijani holds a First Class Honours MSc. in Ecology and Conservation from the University of Southampton.
