Lily is an established team member of Compass Associates’ Elderly Care division, gaining more than five years of experience. In 2023, she was promoted to Senior Principal Consultant owing to her success, and outstanding levels of service resulting in multiple client and candidate testimonials during this time.

Lily’s remit covers the recruitment of skilled Deputy Management and Senior Clinical appointments across the whole of the UK. During her time at Compass Associates, she has successfully facilitated the placement of more than 115 Deputy Managers, and in the 2023 Financial Year delivered an industry-leading 96.12% interview attendance level. She has experience working across a number of Elderly Care providers ranging from Privately Owned homes, Private Equity backed providers, and not-for-profit businesses.

Lily graduated from the University of Southampton with a BA (Hons) in English Literature, and has passed her REC exams with Merit. In the last financial year, she was awarded the “Delivery of Service” internal core values award owing to her fantastic results, alongside the quarterly “Employee of the Quarter” award.
