Louise leads the Permanent NMC Nursing team within the Healthcare Division. She is an expert in her chosen specialist field, and prides herself as being approachable, transparent, and accessible to both her candidates and clients. Louise is positioned to deliver on both single assignments, as well as delivering on multiple hard-to-fill vacancies within Private Hospitals and Specialist Clinics.

Louise is regularly meeting her clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face. This is to ensure that she builds longstanding and valuable relationships, developing an in depth understanding of the challenges around recruiting in a busy and evolving healthcare market.
