Luke joined Compass Associates in early 2022 and sits within our Specialist Care and Education division. Luke is a Lead Consultant focussing on mid to senior management appointments across the Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Complex Care space, with a particular focus on Clinical Management across the Midlands and South.

Within Luke’s portfolio, his typical assignments include Hospital Directors, Operations Directors, Business Development Managers, Directors of Nursing, Heads of Quality and Clinical Directors. He also specialises in more niche roles within Neuro/ABI, Eating Disorders, CAMHS, and Addiction services.

Luke transitioned from appointing hands-on clinical roles, ensuring he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise when now looking at assignments of a more senior nature, over the course of his tenure with Compass Luke has built up an extensive network that is ever growing.  He is committed to gaining a deep understanding of both candidate and client needs by thoroughly gathering detailed position briefs and create a smooth process for all involved. In return, he provides a reliable and consultative approach to his work. Luke holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth.
