Reza is part of the Diagnostic and Imaging team with the Compass Associates’ Healthcare division, focusing on clinical vacancies across this sector space. As a consultant, Reza is confident and calm, with a real sense of determination to ensure that every interaction he has with client or candidate, has a positive outcome.

Geographically, he covers the South of England and London working with Diagnostic Clinics, Diagnostic Centres, Private Hospitals, Mobile Services and Outpatient Services. Assignments range from £28,000 – £70,000 in salary and cover clinical roles from junior to management.

Due to this proactive approach, Reza is developing some key relationships within the sector. Within these relationships he is adding value to their recruitment needs sharing his knowledge, attending the service – understanding their needs and completing salary surveys. Reza can offer support across a variety of Diagnostic Pathways including Pathology, Imaging, Cardiology and Respiratory. These roles include Physiologists, Radiographers within MRI, CT, General, Mammography, Sonography, Nuclear Medicine and Therapy Radiographers and Biomedical Scientists.
