Robbie joined Compass Associates in 2024 as a Principal Consultant, bringing over 8 years’ recruitment experience, of which more than five years has been spent supporting the homecare, domiciliary care, and retirement living sectors.

Robbie’s knowledge and expertise in supporting key hires for the sector has seen him receive glowing feedback from both candidates and clients, commenting on his ability to listen, act, and deliver. His remit covers the North of the UK, and has attended a number of industry events to expand his network, and is often onsite with clients to understand their specific needs in detail.
