A graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first class BA (Hons) in English and a PGCE with distinction, Rory works within the Children’s Services team based from Compass Associates’ Manchester office.

Rory oversees the northern region where he is responsible for placing talented managers within the Adult Residential, Supported Living and Domiciliary Care Markets in addition to Children’s specialist services nationwide. Despite only joining in mid-2021, Rory had an immediate impact with both outstanding client and candidate feedback in the form of testimonials commenting on his first-class service.

Rory is also a regular attendee at seminars, conferences and awards to ensure his network and knowledge is current and relative, giving him the best opportunities to understand market trends and movements.
