This quarter, we’re delighted to announce that Tom Berrisford, Divisional Director for the Elderly Care Division, as our Q3 FY25 Employee of the Quarter. Having joined Compass in 2015, Tom has amassed over ten years of recruitment experience within the Elderly Care market, focusing on the Midlands / North of England & Scotland. 

Since joining Compass in 2015, Tom has built an impressive career in recruitment, specialising in the Elderly Care sector across the Midlands, North of England, and Scotland. With over a decade of industry experience, he has earned an outstanding reputation for his professionalism, integrity, and ability to build long-term relationships.  

His dedicated commitment has led to exclusive partnerships with clients, resulting in successful placements for key leadership roles, including Managing Director, Commercial Director, Quality Director, and Operations Director positions. 

Beyond his personal achievements, Tom plays a vital role in mentoring and leading a team of dedicated consultants across our Portsmouth and Manchester offices. His leadership, expertise, and client-focused approach continue to drive success within the Elderly Care Division, and we’re proud to celebrate his contributions.
