Together we are seeking a HCPC registered Psychologist to join this growing team. Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, formulation-driven psychological therapy (individuals, couples, and families).
- Work with adults presenting with complex emotional and relational difficulties, often including neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and autism.
- Use specialist therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, or trauma-informed models.
- Participate in comprehensive psychological assessments including ADOS (if trained).
- Maintain excellent clinical records and contribute to audit and service improvement projects.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
- HCPC registration (Clinical or Counselling Psychologist)
- Interest or experience in neurodiversity (ADHD, autism)
- Confidence in working relationally with long-term therapy clients
- Strong communication, formulation, and therapeutic skills
Desirable:
- Training in EMDR, Schema Therapy, Couples Therapy, or DBT
- ADOS or autism/ADHD assessment experience
- Experience working systemically or with families

Interview Process:
1 stage interview (online)
- You’ll meet two senior clinicians for a 45 - 60-minute interview exploring six key questions focused on your therapeutic approach, client formulation, and professional experience.
- Role-Play Exercise: A 5-minute simulation of the opening of a session with a new client, to explore your ability to engage, assess, and structure an initial clinical interaction.
