Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to take responsibility for the operational management of a well-established residential treatment centre in Cheshire, supporting adults through structured addiction recovery programmes within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, governance and operational performance of a residential service, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and effective care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supporting and developing a diverse multidisciplinary team, including therapy, support and administrative staff.
- Overseeing compliance with CQC standards, internal governance frameworks and company policy.
- Managing admissions and occupancy in collaboration with central assessment and referral teams.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clinical partners, including doctors working under SLA arrangements.
- Embedding a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the service.
- Ensuring positive outcomes for clients and families, promoting recovery-focused care pathways.
- This is a visible leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and a compassionate yet firm approach to people management and service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior or registered management position within healthcare or social care, ideally within addiction, mental health, or residential treatment settings.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrable success in stabilising services, improving quality, and leading through change.
- Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams and maintain morale.
- Resilient, empathetic, and proactive in managing operational and clinical challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment with varied addiction presentations.
Process:
