Salary:                                 £70,000 – £100,000 per annum + Commission & Bonus
Hours:                                 Full Time, Permanent

 

We are looking for a highly experienced Care Home Manager to open a new, purpose-built care home in Solihull. The provider is a highly reputable and established luxury care provider. This state-of-the-art service will offer exceptional Nursing, Residential and Dementia care within an 80-bed setting. The provider is financially stable and committed to delivering outstanding standards of care, with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ ratings with the CQC.

 

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead the successful operational launch and ongoing management of a flagship service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a strong team, embedding a culture of excellence, and fostering positive relationships with local stakeholders, commissioners and the CQC.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Registered Home Manager with a proven track record in leading medium to large nursing homes (circa 70+ beds), ideally within a private or luxury care environment. An active NMC pin (RGN/RMN) is highly desirable but not essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive high occupancy and outstanding care delivery.

 

This role requires a proactive, resilient and inspirational leader who is passionate about elderly care and capable of delivering operational excellence from pre-opening through to full occupancy. Due to the local nature of the role, applicants must be based within a 30–35-minute commute of Solihull.

 

 

Requirements

  • Proven Home Manager experience within an elderly care home (nursing, residential & dementia care)
  • Experience managing a home of approximately 70+ beds
  • RGN / RMN qualified (highly desirable not essential)
