Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day running of the home care branch
-
Hold and maintain CIW registration
-
Recruit, train and develop a high-performing care team
-
Drive commercial growth and build new business opportunities
-
Ensure compliance, quality standards and customer safety
-
Manage operational KPIs, budgets and performance targets
-
Build strong relationships with customers, carers, families and professionals
-
Promote a positive, values-driven team culture
About You
We are looking for a confident, motivated and commercially minded Registered Manager who is ready to step into a fast-paced, high-demand service.
You should have:

Proven management experience within a regulated environment (care, healthcare, education, housing, etc.)

Knowledge of CIW standards (desirable, but support available)
-
Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it
-
A strong commercial focus with experience growing a service

Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
-
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapid growth

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
-
A passion for delivering safe, person-centred home care
Candidates from other regulated sectors with transferable leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
