Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch

  • Hold and maintain CQC registration

  • Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing care team

  • Drive business growth and increase weekly care hours

  • Maintain outstanding quality, compliance and customer satisfaction

  • Manage operational KPIs, performance, and budgets

  • Build strong relationships with customers, families, professionals and the wider community

  • Embed a positive, values-driven team culture

About You

We are looking for a Registered Manager with:

  • A strong, confident and personable leadership style

  • Experience managing within a regulated care or similar environment

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to drive growth

  • Strong people management and organisational skills

  • Understanding of CQC standards (desirable, not essential)

  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred home care
