Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
-
Hold and maintain CQC registration
-
Recruit, develop and motivate a high-performing care team
-
Drive business growth and increase weekly care hours
-
Maintain outstanding quality, compliance and customer satisfaction
-
Manage operational KPIs, performance, and budgets
-
Build strong relationships with customers, families, professionals and the wider community

Embed a positive, values-driven team culture
About You
We are looking for a Registered Manager with:
-
A strong, confident and personable leadership style
-
Experience managing within a regulated care or similar environment
-
Commercial awareness and the ability to drive growth
-
Strong people management and organisational skills
-
Understanding of CQC standards (desirable, not essential)
-
Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
-
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred home care
