Overview:
Compass Associates are excited to be partnering with a compassionate, forward-thinking care provider specialising in high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviours.
Together we are seeking an experienced PBS Practitioner to work with individuals who present high-risk behaviours of concern. You’ll play a vital role in shaping practice, coaching staff teams, and ensuring the people supported experience meaningful, positive outcomes.
Work Pattern:
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
