The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic client who operate a portfolio of elderly care homes a mixture of providing nursing, residential and dementia care. They have an opportunity to join a care home as a Registered Manager which is located around the Ramsbottom area. This home provides residential and dementia care to older adults.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader to make a real impact within a supportive and well-connected environment.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing residential and dementia care homes, with a strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory expectations. You’ll bring excellent knowledge of occupancy management and staff retention strategies, combined with the ability to build strong networks within the local community.
We’re looking for a motivated leader who can inspire and upskill their team, driving high standards of care and creating a positive, person-centred environment for residents and staff alike.

The role is commutable from: Bolton, Radcliffe, Rochdale, Halifax, Todmorden, Burnley, Bacup, Clitheroe, Blackburn, Accrington, Preston, Leyland and Chorley.
Summary
