Salary: £75,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a large, well-established elderly residential care home in the Aylesbury area.

This is a large service that has strong local demand. It’s a good home with solid foundations, but it needs a confident, steady leader who can come in, take ownership, and make sure it’s fully prepared for its next inspection.

The previous manager had moved internally within the group, so this isn’t a crisis situation.

About the Home

• Residential Care and Dementia Care
• Strong occupancy
• Established Deputy who knows the home well
• Supported by an experienced Operations team

The home is an established service with history, personality and an established team that needs clear direction and consistency.

The main focus will be inspection readiness and embedding strong, sustainable systems.

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced Registered Home Manager
• Strong knowledge of CQC and inspection processes
• Experience stabilising or improving a service
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management

The Package

• £75,000 salary
• 37.5 hours per week
• Typically Monday–Friday, with flexibility as required
• On-call responsibility within your own home
• Statutory annual leave

Location

Located in the Buckinghamshire area, the home is commutable from Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Thame and surrounding areas.
