The Role
Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for a medium sized care home based in the Leeds area.
The home is undergoing a positive period of transformation, transitioning towards specialist dementia care, and now requires a strong, visible leader to take full operational and commercial ownership of the service. This is a career-defining opportunity for a values-led Home Manager to embed compliance and strengthen team culture.
You will be responsible for all aspects of operational performance, including governance, compliance, staffing, budgets, KPIs, and occupancy. Working closely with senior leadership and quality teams, you will be trusted to run the home as your own business, driving continuous improvement and long-term stability. This role offers excellent long-term progression opportunities within a supportive and expanding organisation.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Home Manager with a background in nursing and/or complex dementia care, bringing strong knowledge of CQC compliance, clinical governance, and team leadership. You will demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, with a proven ability to improve occupancy, staff retention, and service performance, alongside the emotional intelligence required to lead specialist dementia services.
