This is an exciting opportunity to join a small animal, first-opinion practice based in Farnham with a loyal client base and a highly experienced, stable team.
Our clinic is professional, independent, and compassionate, covering all aspects of veterinary care for small animals. Open six days a week for routine and emergency treatment, the team aims to see sick pets the same day whenever possible, ensuring responsive and accessible care for the local community.
The practice currently consists of 1.5 vets, 2 nurses, and 3 receptionists. Both the Practice Manager and Head RVN have been with the business for over 17 years, reflecting the supportive culture and stability within the team.
All Out-of-hours are handled externally, allowing the team to maintain a healthy work-life balance. They also support their community and local charities by taking in local stray cases and supporting their care.
Most importantly, your time is valuable and the team know that! Therefore, you receive overtime and part of the profits each month on top of your salary!
The Role:
This is a hands-on full-time nursing role within a true first-opinion environment. All nurses contribute across wards, consults, and theatre as required, making this a varied and engaging position.
The team are happy to support biases and provide training and support in weaker areas to continue your learning and development.
