The Role
Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation operating within the elderly care sector. Following a period of sustained growth, the business is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Director to support the modernisation and future development of its finance function.
This is a newly created opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional who can identify efficiencies, streamline processes and help deliver a long-term transformation strategy. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and wider leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in improving systems, reporting capabilities and operational effectiveness across the organisation.
Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong background in finance transformation, systems implementation and change management. Previous experience within the care sector is not essential; however, applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in working within a purpose-driven organisation.
You will possess excellent project management skills and have a track record of delivering complex transformation programmes, including system upgrades, process redesign and reporting improvements. Experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics and digital technologies will be highly beneficial.
This role requires an individual who can engage effectively with finance teams and operational stakeholders, building trust and encouraging adoption of new ways of working. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation are essential.
