We are  proud to be working with a valued and exciting client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Commissioning Home Manager, to work in their circa 80-bedded care home near Oswestry providing high-end elderly care, that is set to open later this year.

Who are we looking for?

The role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commissioning Home Manager to join an extremely well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care, working towards a Good or Outstanding CQC. The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes with Commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, an excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the luxury care sector.

Requirements  

  • Home Manager Experience
  • CQC reports of Good or Above
  • Strong commercial acumen, experience in marketing and budget management
  • Commissioning experience
  • Elderly/dementia home management experience

Location  

The role is based around Oswestry and is therefore commutable from Shrewsbury, Wrexham, Welshpool. Whitchurch, Gobowen and surrounding areas.
