Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Regional Director. The client operates a portfolio of homecare and live-in care branches across the UK and seeks someone to work closely with the leadership team to support their branches across the Southeast of England. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that has a fantastic reputation within the sector and is recruiting to help strengthen its senior management team.
As a Regional Director, you will oversee a portfolio of home/live-in care branches and a network of introductory care users. Working with the senior management team you will manage the overall performance of the branches, leading and supporting Senior Care Managers, Care Managers and Registered Managers. The role requires someone who can commit to the travel across East Anglia, Sussex and Kent. A firm understanding of how to run a commercially successful region whilst also ensure the care is delivered to the highest quality.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience working within a Regional Manager/Director capacity and you will need to show you can demonstrate your ability running a successful portfolio of branches. Please note that these branches operated with self-funded care and someone with an experienced in this sector is needed.

This is a regional role covering areas such as Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Maidstone, Canterbury, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, Burgess Hill, Surbiton, Guildford, and Horsham.
