Compass Associates were selected as the exclusive recruitment partner for all 303 Bupa Homes to take responsibility for the clinical recruitment across the business.

At the time of approach, Bupa had experienced significant trouble with retaining FTE staff, so as a result wanted to partner with a reputable, highly capable recruitment partner who could not only deliver staffing headcount, but ensure the right hires were made and retained in the business long-term. 

This project lasted between October 2013 – December 2015, during which time more than 517 placements were made into the business – adding significant value to the business as a result of the outstanding levels of delivery. 

In a little over two years, the Elderly Care team were responsible for submitting: 

• 2,355 candidates submitted 

• 1,232 interviews completed 

• 517 placements 

Shortly after the completion of the project, Bupa sold a large portion of their portfolio homes to HC-One.
