Hospital Director placed with Complex Care provider 

Compass Associates have been responsible for several senior management vacancies for a private equity backed Complex Care provider – most recently a Hospital Director. 

The Specialist Care division had a strong historical relationship with the provider, having facilitated the appointments of a number of hires across various levels of the business in the past twelve months: as such, the leadership team felt confident that Compass Associates would be able to deliver a Hospital Director into the business, as the incumbent was moving into an elevated role within the organisation. 

Given the strong working relationship already established, and the high levels of both trust and confidence in Compass Associates, the client were able to provide a very clear brief – chiefly to source an experienced Hospital Director with an acute Mental Health background with inpatient experience – who would meet the cultural fit at the organisation. 

Compass Associates submitted three CVs for the position closely matching the brief, resulting in two interviews across two-stages, and the successfully identified candidate being offered, and accepting, first time.
