Branch Manager – Domiciliary Care

Are you an experienced Registered or Branch Manager in domiciliary care looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a strong leader to take responsibility for a large, high-performing home
care branch in Dundee, delivering over 3,000 care hours per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious care professional with a proven track record in branch management, compliance, and business growth. You’ll be joining a well-established organisation with multiple branches across Scotland and a reputation for long-term staff retention, strong compliance, and excellent care standards.
What you’ll do:

Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the Dundee branch.

Drive branch performance, growth, and quality outcomes in line with regulatory standards.

Lead and support a strong existing office team, including coordinators and team leaders.

Ensure compliance, governance, and quality processes are consistently delivered.

Recruit, develop, and retain care teams to meet service demand.
What we’re looking for:

Minimum 12 months experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Manager, or equivalent in domiciliary/home care.

Strong track record of growing a branch and managing performance.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
-
SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care / Leadership & Management Award (or working towards).

Knowledge of compliance, audits, and Care Inspectorate requirements.
