Branch Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Dundee, Scotland
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + benefits

Are you an experienced Registered or Branch Manager in domiciliary care looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a strong leader to take responsibility for a large, high-performing home

care branch in Dundee, delivering over 3,000 care hours per week.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious care professional with a proven track record in branch management, compliance, and business growth. You’ll be joining a well-established organisation with multiple branches across Scotland and a reputation for long-term staff retention, strong compliance, and excellent care standards.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the Dundee branch.

  • Drive branch performance, growth, and quality outcomes in line with regulatory standards.

  • Lead and support a strong existing office team, including coordinators and team leaders.

  • Ensure compliance, governance, and quality processes are consistently delivered.

  • Recruit, develop, and retain care teams to meet service demand.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Manager, or equivalent in domiciliary/home care.

  • Strong track record of growing a branch and managing performance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care / Leadership & Management Award (or working towards).

  • Knowledge of compliance, audits, and Care Inspectorate requirements.

  • Initial MS Teams interview with recruitment team.

  • Second MS Teams interview with operations.

  • Final face-to-face interview and branch visit in Dundee.
