The Role:
Compass Associates are working alongside a valued client who hold a strong portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK. The group are looking to find a motivated leader to join one of their care homes to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to each resident.
The home has a settled Deputy Manager in post and is performing well internally, though there is appetite for the new manager to keep driving the home forward. The provider are keen to find an individual who will bring fresh ideas, push for development of their staff, and remain up to date with innovation to improve care for their residents.
Candidate
You'll come from a background in care home management and have a real passion for working with the elderly. As a leader, you'll motivate staff through hands on support and be a visible presence within the home. You'll be keen to forge relationships with external stakeholders, along with residents and their loved ones to create continued communication.
An attention to detail is required when it comes to quality and compliance, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and detailed. Day to day, you'll oversee operations to secure financial stability, have previous exposure to budgets and work with the provider on delivering continuous improvement.
